Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Confrontational and typically high on some drug or another. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: Paelias was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered south to less war torn lands. He became a Healer soon after.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
