History: Born in the south to a Mason, Sethrekar learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. During his travels, Sethrekar and his party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Sethrekar discovered the rest of his party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Sethrekar fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing his own horrible transformation.

History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and wants to raise his children well

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Chad's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Chad was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he desires power and/or immortality
