History: Born in the west to a Mercenary, Cockaby learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He cannot resist a sob story and will often dote over anyone who has one.

History: Born to a Brewer, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his 15th year, his parents were killed by a dire rats raid, leaving Roland alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Roland was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and someone believes him a fraud

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Unemployed profession.

History: His divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. His childhood dream was to be a Unemployed, but he was a colossal failure. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Description: This late middle aged man wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his longsword with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt and is in decent physical shape. His chestnut hair is smooth and relatively long. This hazel eyed easterner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Barkeep. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, grey cloak. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. He wears an eyepatch.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Orryn was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Orryn abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to have a good time and be beloved
