History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Paggen alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.
