History: Burgell hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. After coming to the age of reason, Burgell took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and many gnolls want him driven away

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Mason profession.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Shepherd. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and balancing his hectic life and new shepherd responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Shipwright they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Performer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and an old rival family wants him found

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and further expansion of business

Description: The dark-skinned man stands 6'4" and wears a tan vest and prefers yellow and white shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are hazel and catlike.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Shepherd. He tends to his Shepherd job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
