Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Soapmaker born in the past three hundred years. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Born in the west to a Soapmaker, Seebo learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. In his 15th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Az-Rans fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Drifting liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He has never given up on his music dream.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'9" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears baggy pastel pantaloons and a grey scarf. His orange fur is smooth and relatively long. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. The war was a terrible time for him, and Kite does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his mother struggled to pay the bills. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bricklayer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he loathes his own lifestyle

Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: Many orcs want him driven away.
