Personality: A deeply religious man he believes everything happens for a reason. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Melech was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has never given up on his poetry dream.

Description: This fat eastern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a long, grey, dusty cloak. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He keeps his golden hair in a pixie cut. His blue unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Dyer. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Dyer.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern
