Personality: He is curt in most of his responses. He prefers to keep his word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Quick was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aerdeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He refers to his adoptive father for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Unemployed work with an outfit from a few towns over. Unemployed work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has worked as a Unemployed like his father before him.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Unemployed and was forced into it by his family.

History: Don was born with his mother's beautiful face. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered north to less war torn lands. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to prove his worth to the world

History: Baz lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

History: Theobald was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
