History: Tod hails from a village terrorized by orcs. Because his mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, orcs burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. He was preparing to flee to the south, but the outbreak of war prevented him and his father from journeying south to reunite his family. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born to a Adventurer, his father struggled to pay the bills. He found a children's book about a Half-Elf Cleric who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
