Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. His hair is long and red with streaks of white, and is pulled back with small grey clips. His beard is white, braided, and well cared for. His hazel unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. A true patriot, Rurik would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rurik was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When Rurik reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with red colored cloaks and clothing. His crest is rusty, silky, and of moderate length. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. The war was a terrible time for him, and Heskan does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Bulzo lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. By chance he met his sister recently and the two have been together since.

His hair is brown and curly. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He keeps his brown hair in a flapper bob. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Aside from being a slave or a gladiator, there isn't much legitimate work for Humans in Gilbert's homeland. Gilbert decided to take the middle way and become a bodyguard. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and nothing but the best is good enough for him
