Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Dwarf, and stands approximately 3'11". He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest, and his gloved hand is found clutching a kukri. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He likes to fabricate stories about his past exploits and how crazy he is, but in actuality he is rather bland. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Gifted from a young age, Oskar studied abroad. When Oskar reached his early adolescence his Dwarf father passed away.
