History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Hork was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When Gildmak reached his early adolescence his Halfling mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After a long history of fighting, Umpen and his spouse have recently divorced.
