Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Azaki will drive conversation. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has decided he is irredeemable

Description: This man stands a little under 5'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it. His moppish golden hair is in a traditional bowl cut. He has hazel eyes and a grey hat with a white feather.

Personality: He is extraordinarily eccentric. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Gifted from a young age, Hugh studied abroad. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He wants to get laid; and wants his loneliness to end

Description: A pudgy man standing about 3'4" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a white cloak and cross-gartered brown stockings. He wears a wide-brimmed hat to hide his balding. His fair skin shows little sign of his aristocratic breeding.

Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Shipwright and found it very stressful. He's also a talented Slave Trader, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he feels threatened by others

Description: His skin is bronze and flawless. He sports white clothing, slightly heavier than average wear. He is an epitome of beauty. He has shaved his head bald. His fierce brown eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born in the north. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and retire the richest man in the north

He wears yellow painted combat armor at almost all times. His hair is cut close to his head. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Galinndan reached his early adolescence his Elf mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.
