He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. He bought a pickaxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Interpreter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Through the years after Grom was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Grom's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.
