History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Ostracized due to the arcane powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Whurbin alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted.
