History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kaladan was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kaladan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Ghaliver speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Ghaliver grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Ghaliver. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered goblins who tried to eat his hand. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Varis was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the goblins.
