Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. Valafar is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his sisters into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: He was raised in a plains tribe. Valafar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Description: A 3'1" southern man, he wears a green tunic with white highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length silver hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady hazel eyes.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He seeks to pay back kindness whenever he gets the chance. Whether it be in the form of unwanted serenades or the latest gossip he always seeks to do solids for his friends.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a tan shirt, with a brown mid length shorts with brown tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He worked as a nervous Sailor and found it very stressful. He has achieved small success as a Sailor.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Immeral was raised in a hard working conservative environment. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Hunter arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.
