Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His brown hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a rose scrunchie. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep gray.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Roland was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is scrawny and has patchy auburn stubble. He wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is violet, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time. He has a hunchback. His long auburn hair reaches down to his waist. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Dyer profession.
History: Aramil was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He struck the Carter job and began his own company from there.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and sabotage a competitor

Description: He is a man of bearing and well nourished. He wears a red costume with the symbols of luck on his torso. His golden hair is cut short. He has blue eyes.
Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.
History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. As a very small child his family refused to pay dues to a local crime lord, who ordered them killed. His mother, a somewhat powerful mage sought to protect him and cast a teleportation spell that whisked him away. Being a Carpenter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and seeks redemption

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and is wearing a tight black one piece outfit complete with pants, hood, and a cape. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He has dyed his greying chestnut hair a little too much giving a sharp chestnut color. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: He was born in the north. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Kelter was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Halfling artifacts is his passion; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

Description: He is a husky man, who usually wears his grey robe and has his bastard sword always slung over his shoulder. He has done his best to style his black hair to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.
History: Born in the south to a Ploughman, William learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. Through the years after William was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. William's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Ploughman for hire.
Motivation: He wants to get laid; and to settle down with his crush
