History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Kerkad abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Personality: This man loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Courier arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered writing. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs.

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. His father was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Wizard school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. He was granted druidic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and someone believes him a fraud
