Description: He is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. He is portly but not overly obese. His white hair has been sun bleached extensively. His face is full, his cheeks are rosy, and he always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in his red eyes.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Morthos embodies much of what other species detest in the Tieflings. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has worked as a Roofer like his mother before him.

Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of giants may trigger it at times.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Revenge; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge

Description: He is lean but muscular and has a large brown mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. He has moderate length chestnut hair. His eyes are likewise gray. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears his brown hair up. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep hazel.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Human culture. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: The child of northern immigrants he idolized his father. Balimaar liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and human compassion

Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). In his journeys he found a malevolent artifact. He wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and balancing his hectic life and new guard responsibilities is difficult
