History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gûnd grew up listening to his mother's many stories. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a blue tunic with green highlights, and long violet pants that bunch up around his shoes. He has shaved his head bald. This blue eyed southerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. After months of barely getting by, Oppleby managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Gnomish people; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He is content; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: He is a small man, but exceptionally fit. He wears just a red suit. His chestnut hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. Dworic enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Dworic was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Merchant and was forced into it by his family; and wants to work out more often

Personality: He likes to brag about his accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the east. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world.
