History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Through the years after Skamos was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Skamos's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He hates goblins. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Energy wise he seems alert and responsive.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by goblins. Hogar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the goblins.
