Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a tan coat over a black low-cut shirt, and a feathered hat upon his head, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He sports a long black beard, and similarly colored long hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Beiro is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. He became a Engraver soon after.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he'd like to take his coworkers down a peg

Description: This man is dressed in a clean pastel cloak covering his clean studded leather. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. His rusty crest is unkempt and raggedy. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He hates orcs. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep.

Description: A 4'2" northern man, he wears dull brown sweaters, loose tan pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed rapier, just in case. He has a long white beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Kildrak grew up listening to his father's many stories. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He struck the Dyer job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He wants revenge against gnolls; and his religion dominates his actions
