Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Engraver who has hired him part-time. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Engraver but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, his father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

Description: This man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His hair is short and blonde. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Bucklal embodies much of what other species detest in the Halflings. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His childhood dream was to be a Knight, but he was a colossal failure. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A moderately attractive man, he wears a grey shirt, with a green mid length shorts with green tights and flats, usually wearing a coat over them. He keeps his white hair in a pixie cut. His fierce hazel eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. While he appears to be a normal Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: To clean up the streets.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. His father took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Barrister for the past few years.

Motivation: Further expansion of business; and he is unsatisfied with his job
