Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length white hair. Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Sailor arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Mayor but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. His first spouse was a Shipwright, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and wants to open a new tavern

Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is greedy

Personality: He is quite gentle and does not know the full extent of his strength. He works very hard to maintain that gentleness. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fonkin grew up listening to his father's many stories. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Fonkin has worked very hard to control his curse. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
