Personality: Paggen is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His parents enrolled him in a Cleric school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
