Description: He wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his hammer. He has a moderate pudge and is not very fit. His red crest is greasy and uncared for. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes gnolls are coming to abduct people. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.
History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Description: A man of a pale complexion, he wears a brown vest and prefers black and green shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. He has done his best to style his black fur to look like a famous performer. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Trail fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Marry his sister to traveling adventurers; and regain custody of his son

He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is obsessed with his god.
History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Kipper was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west.
