History: He comes from a rich southern family. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. After months of barely getting by, Ulblyn managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

Personality: Hobart is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
