The war was a terrible time for him, and Skak does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Skak was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich western family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He does not mind isolation but does not hate company and attempts to receive them as best as possible.

History: Fonkin hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
