History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. Kipper abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. History: He was born in the east. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.
