Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. The war was a terrible time for him, and Cressel does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: Cressel was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Cressel was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bharash studied abroad. Through the years after Bharash was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Bharash's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. A true patriot, Ethereal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He was an apprentice working in his father's forge. He has worked as a Beggar like his father before him.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg.

History: He was born in the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
