Gimble Murnig, Male Gnome [Permalink]
Personal [hide]
Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking eastern young adult. He wears a simple grey robe with violet stripes complete with hood. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His silver hair is greasy and uncared for. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Gimble is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gimble grew up listening to his father's many stories. He found a children's book about a Gnome Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and meet up once more with his childhood friend
