History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Through the years after Sethrekar was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Cimer is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. After a long history of fighting, Rathkran and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and wants his loneliness to end
