History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. In his youth he was a Apothecary, and wanted to be a champion fighter when he grew up. He was working during a period of war, and as one of the natives he lived in fear of joining the others in being slaughtered. He saw the brutality and swore off his fighting aspirations, taking his younger brother on his back after seeing his parents die, and fled the country. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Naeris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with singing. He constantly tries to fill his life with singing. Chad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He has had some formal singing training, and achieved minor success. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his father. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and expand his business

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
