Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He bought a greataxe and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and to pay off his debts

Description: He is dressed in an above average manner, and he perpetually has his axe ready. His hair, while still mostly white, has prominent grey streaks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Tim hails from a village terrorized by gnolls. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was born at the edge of vast island. His first spouse was a Bricklayer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Bricklayer they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Courier, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: He is content.
