Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: Born in the east to a Farmer, Efferil learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He struck the Farmer job and began his own company from there.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bowyer born in the past three hundred years. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. Hubert was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Bowyer. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Orsik hails from a village terrorized by orcs. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Laborer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Laborer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Iados was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Through the years after Iados was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Iados's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and doesn't want to be a unemployed and was forced into it by his family
