History: He is a Chromatic Dragon in disguise. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tabaxi activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tabaxi doctor. Description: This late middle aged man wears suspenders and brown workpants. His shirt is tan, and he wears a heavy brown leather apron most of the time and is in decent physical shape. He has done his best to style his dark red hair to look like a famous performer. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are silver.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: The child of a Shipwright, who enjoyed hunting, Astar was taken on many hunting expeditions. Astar was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Astar decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned.
