History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Nelkin is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Nelkin was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
