History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. After a long history of fighting, Percival and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
