History: He is a Jackalwere in disguise. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dragonborn companion (his 'brother'). He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. His white hair is thinning but still full. His gray eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 31. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Harbek was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has never given up on his singing dream.

History: Jak was born with his mother's beautiful face. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the south were limited. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. He picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. His auburn hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. His brown eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: Diggory was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west; and he has decided he is irredeemable
