History: Paelias was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Description: 6'1" and muscular, this southern man is typically in his Spice Merchant uniform. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length golden hair. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spice Merchant. He tends to his Spice Merchant job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Expand his business; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He dresses well, wearing yellow shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His hair is auburn and curly. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Dalgal embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
