Description: This man dresses well, wearing brown shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. He is muscular with a powerful set of arms. With a patchy chestnut beard and wild chestnut hair. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Barendd will drive conversation. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Miner profession.
History: He is a Lamia in disguise. In his 18th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and sabotage a competitor

Description: This fat southern man has a bulbous nose and wears a black tunic with brown highlights, and long grey pants that bunch up around his shoes. His skin is also unnaturally pale. He wears a deerstalker hat to cover his moderate length white hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He has zero loyalty and will suck up to whomever is within range, in the hopes of being moved to a better position.
History: The child of southern immigrants he idolized his mother. He found a children's book about a Gnome Expert who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: This malnourished man wears a fine chain shirt which he covers with tan colored cloaks and clothing. He is bald on top and has large blonde tufts of hair around his ears. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Description: This malnourished man prefers to wear flannel. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.
History: Theodoric lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.
Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage

Description: A pudgy man standing about 5'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. His blue hair is thinning but still full. He is baby faced.
Personality: Valafar is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.
History: The child of a Navigator, who enjoyed hunting, Valafar was taken on many hunting expeditions. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to pay off his debts
