Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. There was a wharf not far from home where he often wandered off to fish. Being a Hunter kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Personality: He is a pretentious jerk insisting that modern society is full of problems and should revert to a simpler time. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, River was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He does not believe in violence as a means to an end. He is a dedicated Bellfounder but believes his peers are too gung-ho.

History: Tod was born with his father's beautiful face. Cursed with lycanthropy at a very young age, Tod has worked very hard to control his curse. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Tod fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
