Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the north. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Joser was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. Ostracized due to the druidic powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Halflings became a terror of the countryside. He was granted druidic powers by his dying sister.

History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
