History: He got into the Stableman business at a young age. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Laborer. He hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. A true patriot, River would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. River was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
