History: Gifted from a young age, Serpent studied abroad. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He was granted arcane powers by his dying sister.

He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Baern grew up listening to his mother's many stories. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: He exudes charisma. He is a tour de force of persuasion. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Donaar hails from a village terrorized by illithids. After coming to the age of reason, Donaar took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and he wants revenge against illithids

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the east. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Scribe hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he's repulsed by the pc

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
