Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure.
