Personality: He hates Half-Elves with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. A freak accident while working with his Shepherd father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Balimaar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Description: This dark-skinned male wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. He has a chestnut handlebar mustache and slicked back chestnut hair. He is baby faced.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: Born to a Server, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac; and to clean up the streets

Description: This tall, slender man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light brown in addition to tight pants. He wears his silver hair up. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has had some formal music training, and achieved minor success. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and halfling compassion

Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Being born in the north, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way west. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears a black cloak and cross-gartered red stockings. His black hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a cross scrunchie. His green eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: Shump was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Shump grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Shump. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal.
