History: Tree was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature monstrous two handed axe.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. Around other people he will do his best to conceal his emotions and appear jolly.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his writing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: Lone lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Body Guard they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Spy, and he later adopted a second daughter.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.
