Description: This younger middle-aged man wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His hair is cut close to his head. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He is a Marshal first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Halfling companion (his 'brother'). He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a brown coat over a white low-cut shirt, and a Stetson hat upon his head. His crest is cut close to his head. His ears are large.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his singing with anyone who is interested.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his father and mother. His father taught him the rudiments of the Ploughman arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Knight they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Ploughman, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Description: He wears long strands of opal and short brown dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths, and he perpetually has his pickaxe ready. His silver hair is cut jaggedly and amateurishly. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He will pursue extreme courses of action in the short term, confident that they cannot fail.

History: Corkitron was raised in a hard working conservative environment. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Cartwright. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Corkitron fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Burgell speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tabaxi, and stands approximately 5'11". He wears a grey vest and prefers blue and grey shirts. His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down, and his gloved hand is found clutching a sai. He has no fur. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is kind towards other men and children and will generally offer men help without question. Others will generally need to prove themselves to him.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world; and someone believes him a fraud
